Description

The Battery Charging and Discharging Tester is a specialized device that both charges and discharges lead-acid battery banks under controlled conditions, enabling accurate capacity evaluation and battery maintenance. It supports multi-stage charging (constant-current, constant-voltage, float/trickle) as well as controlled discharge tests, with real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and time. This tester logs data for analysis and provides safety protections (over-current, over-temperature, etc.) to ensure reliable operation. It is ideal for industrial UPS systems, telecom battery rooms, substations, and EV battery recycling scenarios where both charging and discharge testing are required.

What batteries can this tester handle?
It works with common lead-acid battery banks (e.g. 48V, 110V, 220V systems) and can be adapted to various voltage ranges.
You can set stop conditions by capacity (Ah), time, or end-of-discharge voltage. The unit auto-stops when any condition is met.
With an optional cell-monitoring module, individual battery cell voltages can be displayed and logged. (This is typically used in multi-cell systems.)
Test data (voltage, current, time) is stored internally (16 Gbit) and can be exported via RS485 or USB for report generation.
For full battery diagnostics, it’s common to use this tester alongside a battery capacity tester or battery analyzer to cross-check results.
